Usage Notes:

No assembly instructions included – setup is simple:
- Remove the rubber feet from your Wahoo KICKR Core.
- Attach the Rocker Feet to the rubber ends and place them back onto the trainer’s frame.
- Insert the front wheel section into the adapter.
- Use your own tennis balls for damping.
