Ride Environment
POWER
High support for intervals, attacks and short hard efforts.
Two Ride Feel concepts in physical testing
How it moves
Shows how freely and quickly ROCKERON responds as effort and riding position change. It illustrates ride feel—not measured motion data.
Keep peak efforts controlled.
POWER replaces the narrower SPRINT label. It covers repeated intervals, attacks and short high-torque efforts while retaining a deliberate interface between trainer and floor.
For short, hard load.
Use POWER as the concept environment for VO2 intervals, attacks, repeated surges and sprint work. Final recipes will only follow standing and seated load validation.
Manual, not electronic
Ride Select recommends a Motion Ball configuration. ROCKERON does not switch electronically while riding; unload the system and swap balls only between rides.
Following a named workout or route?
Check Route Search first. If no tested guide exists, return to Ride Select and use POWER as the direction.
