FIRST INSTALLATION

Four checks before the first ride.

Work on a flat, stable surface and follow the product-specific contact points shown with your setup.

01

Confirm the exact setup

Check the trainer model and whether you use Zwift Ride or a bicycle.

02

Fit the ULTRA modules

Place every rear module at the intended trainer contact point and confirm that it sits fully supported.

03

Add the front support

Use the matching front element so front and rear movement remain level and predictable.

04

Load the baseline

Insert the Recommended Starting Setup, settle the system under load and check stability before riding.

RECOMMENDED START

Begin with a known baseline.

This is the first configuration to try after installation. Ride it before changing individual balls—the baseline makes later adjustments easier to judge.

COMPLETE REFERENCE

Every detail for a safe first installation.

Open the steps you need. The short path above remains the everyday reference; these notes preserve the complete installation and safety information.

01Intended use

ROCKERON is indoor-cycling equipment, not a toy. It is not suitable for children under 14. Use it only with the exact supported trainer and bicycle setup shown for your product.

02Prepare the trainer

Remove the bicycle, disconnect power and work on a soft, stable surface. Tilt or turn the trainer only as described for your model and protect the housing from scratches.

03Remove original feet

Remove the trainer’s original rubber feet where the ULTRA modules are fitted. Keep every original screw and component so the trainer can be returned to its original condition.

04Fit the ULTRA modules

Match every module to its marked rear or front contact point and left, centre or right position. Fully seat the parts; screw-mounted versions use the trainer’s original screws unless the product instructions state otherwise.

05Install supplied hardware

Where included, fit the supplied metal rod, washers and locking nuts in the illustrated order. Tighten securely without crushing or deforming printed parts.

06Insert Motion Balls

Load the Recommended Starting Setup shown above. Every outside housing must contain a Motion Ball. Balls must sit fully inside their pockets and may not be damaged or permanently deformed.

07Fit the front support

Use the front support matched to Zwift Ride or a bicycle. Align it under the intended contact point and confirm that bicycle height and movement remain level with the rear system.

08First ride and tuning

Load the bicycle gradually, start with an easy seated ride and stop immediately if anything shifts, touches or feels unstable. Change only one position or one side at a time so the effect remains understandable.

09Safety limits

Use ROCKERON on a flat, solid and non-slip floor. Do not jump, rock the system by hand or make abrupt movements. Observe the trainer and bicycle manufacturer’s load limits and inspect every component before each ride.

10Care and support

Clean printed parts with a slightly damp cloth and avoid solvents or aggressive cleaners. Do not use cracked, loose or visibly worn components; contact support before riding again.

BEFORE EVERY RIDE

A 20-second safety check.

Once installed, the routine stays short.

Confirm that every ULTRA module and the front support sit flat at their intended contact points.

Check every Motion Ball for damage, deformation or incorrect placement.

Load the bicycle gently and verify stable, unobstructed movement before starting the session.
