How does ROCKERON change saddle pressure?
Two bike setups on the Wahoo KICKR CORE 2: Zwift Ride and Colnago V5Rs. At Cyclefit Lab in Hamburg, we measured both without a movement system and with ROCKERON Ultra – plus conventional Rockerfeet on the Zwift Ride. Here are the results.

Zwift Ride: comparing three setups
Original feet, classic Rockerfeet and ROCKERON Ultra: with ROCKERON Ultra, the two marked rear pressure readings fell from 983 to 571 mbar and from 793 to 449 mbar. That is a reduction of 41.9% and 43.4%, respectively.
With classic Rockerfeet, the rear left reading fell by 8.3%, while the rear right reading rose by 5.9%. The marked front reading was higher than the original setup with both movement systems.
The three Zwift Ride test setups
Cell colours reflect the absolute pressure reading in the measurement image. Percentages show the change from the setup without a system. A blue reading can still have increased.
| Marked location in image | Without a system | Classic Rockerfeet | ROCKERON UltraOur system |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rear left | 983 | 901−8.3 % | 571−41.9 % |
| Rear right | 793 | 840+5.9 % | 449−43.4 % |
| Front | 118 | 145+22.9 % | 144+22.0 % |
What does this mean?
In this Zwift Ride test, both marked rear pressure readings were substantially lower with ROCKERON Ultra. The front reading increased. Lower readings at the rear markers therefore do not mean that pressure decreases everywhere on the saddle.

Colnago V5Rs: an individually optimised starting point
For the Colnago test, we started with a setup that had already been individually optimised through bike fitting. We then compared the original setup with two ROCKERON configurations. The marked rear baseline readings were already substantially lower than on the Zwift Ride. With ROCKERON, the left reading decreased slightly while the right increased.
The marked front reading was 300 or 336 rather than 360 mbar: 16.7% or 6.7% lower. The rider also reported a more pleasant ride feel with ROCKERON during the test.
The Colnago test setups
Cell colours reflect the absolute pressure reading in the measurement image. Percentages show the change from the setup without a system. A blue reading can still have increased.
| Marked location in image | Without a system | ROCKERON Ultra · Configuration 1Our system | ROCKERON Ultra · Configuration 2Our system |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rear left | 170 | 151−11.2 % | 148−12.9 % |
| Rear right | 61 | 76+24.6 % | 82+34.4 % |
| Front | 360 | 300−16.7 % | 336−6.7 % |
What does this mean?
This comparison shows the changes on a road bike setup that had already been individually optimised. The rear left reading decreased, the rear right increased, and the marked front readings were lower. This does not establish that ROCKERON generally has little effect on road bikes: the results apply to this rider and this setup and cannot be generalised to other riding positions.

How to interpret these results
Results from this practical test with one rider on 19 September 2026. Comparisons use marked local pressure readings, not total saddle load. The Colnago markers are not consistently in the same locations. Power, cadence, time aggregation and repeat measurements are not documented in the available images. Results are individual; ride feel describes a personal experience.
