Open the centre. Keep the outer return.

Agile combines more freedom around the centre with firmer support toward the outside. The exact positions change with the trainer and front support, so the selector below is part of the setup.

For long climbs and active riding.

Agile is the starting point for Road to Sky and for rides with frequent transitions between seated and standing efforts.

Manual, not electronic

Ride Select recommends a Motion Ball configuration. ROCKERON does not switch electronically while riding; unload the system and swap balls only between rides.

Ride the route.

Road to Sky uses CLIMB · Agile and shows the same trainer-specific setup in route context.
