FAQ
Am I buying a complete setup or only a front support?
You are buying a complete ROCKERON Axis setup for your selected bike configuration. It includes the rear Axis modules, the matching front support and a balanced Motion Ball Set.
What does the bike setup selection change?
It only changes the included front support: choose Zwift Ride if you use a Zwift Ride frame, or Standard Bike if you use your own bike with a front wheel.
Do I need to buy Motion Balls separately?
No. A balanced Motion Ball Set is included.
Does it fit the Wahoo KICKR CORE 2?
Yes. This product version is specifically designed for the Wahoo KICKR CORE 2.
Does this fit the original Wahoo KICKR CORE?
No. This page is for the Wahoo KICKR CORE 2 only. Use the separate KICKR CORE version for the original model.
Does it work with Zwift Ride?
Yes. Select the Zwift Ride Setup when ordering. The matching Front Support is included with that configuration.
Is this a rocker plate?
No. ROCKERON Axis is a compact, trainer-specific motion system designed to add controlled movement without a full platform.
Can I change Motion Balls later?
Yes. Motion Balls can be replaced later to adjust stability, support and ride feel. Additional Motion Ball Sets and tuning options are available separately.
How much movement does it add?
The amount of movement depends on the Motion Ball combination and layout you choose. The included Balanced Motion Ball Set contains a curated selection of more balls than are used at once, allowing you to create different configurations — from firmer and more stable to softer and more dynamic lateral movement.
How long does installation take?
Most riders can complete the installation in approximately 5–10 minutes. Always check that all ROCKERON components, Motion Balls and front support elements are positioned securely before riding.
