FAQ
Am I buying a complete setup or only a front support?

Bike setup compatibility
Product-specific bike compatibility.
Do I need to buy Motion Balls separately?
No. The Motion Ball Set selected above is included.
Is this a rocker plate?
No. ROCKERON Axis is a compact, trainer-specific motion system designed to add controlled movement without a full platform.
Can I change Motion Balls later?
Yes. Motion Balls can be replaced later to adjust stability, support and ride feel. Additional Motion Ball Sets and tuning options are available separately.
How much movement does it add?
The amount of movement depends on the Motion Ball Set and layout you choose. Balanced prioritizes a controlled all-round ride feel, while Performance provides the more dynamic configuration.
How long does installation take?
Most riders can complete the installation in approximately 5–10 minutes. Always check that all ROCKERON components, Motion Balls and front support elements are positioned securely before riding.
Is my Van Rysel D500 compatible?
This setup fits the current Van Rysel D500 generation, which shares its frame design with the D100. The earlier D500 generation looks different and is not compatible. Please compare your trainer with the product images or use the Setup Finder if you are unsure.
